Family Support Worker - Plymouth FRC

The family support worker provides information and educational resources to family members and assists them in identifying local resources to meet individual needs. This role also involves functioning as part of a team and hosting parent and youth support groups.

Candidates must have experience working with youth and families, with experience in educational systems being preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and schedule flexibility to cover afternoon/Evening hours are mandatory.
