The nurse resident will actively participate in a 12-Month clinical education opportunity designed to develop a professional nurse with a broad foundation in pediatric nursing and strengthen critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities. Requirements summary
Applicants must be recent graduates of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program (Bsn) or entry-Level master's program (Msn), applying for their first professional nursing role, and must pass the nclex prior to residency start. A minimum 2.5 gpa is required, and applicants must apply to the october 2026 cohort, graduating between may 2026 and august 2026.
