Summer Baseball Coach

This position is responsible for teaching the fundamentals of baseball, enforcing rules and regulations during practice sessions, and emphasizing good sportsmanship and enjoyment of the sport for children aged 3 through elementary school. Additional duties include practice preparation and maintaining a safe environment for participants.

Candidates must possess knowledge of baseball skills, rules, and safety awareness, along with the energy and enjoyment required to work with children in a fast-Paced setting. Essential soft skills include sensitivity to individual needs, the ability to build rapport, self-Confidence, strong communication, and the capacity to enforce rules impartially and calmly while exhibiting core values.
