Summer Basketball Coach

This position is responsible for teaching the fundamentals of basketball, enforcing rules and regulations during games, and emphasizing good sportsmanship and enjoyment of the sport for children aged 3 through elementary school. Additional duties include practice and lesson planning.

Candidates must possess knowledge of basketball skills, rules, and safety awareness, along with the energy to work with kids in a fast-Paced environment. Essential soft skills include sensitivity to individual needs, the ability to build rapport, self-Confidence, strong communication, and the capacity to enforce rules impartially and calmly, adhering to the y core values.
