Early Childhood Development Specialist (Magnolia)

This position ensures the quality of individualized developmental services provided at kids first and supports the academic mission of the program. The specialist will also demonstrate professionalism, continued skill development, and job-Related interest.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree along with specific certifications or credentials such as an early childhood certificate, child development associate certificate, or birth to pre-K credential, plus documented experience working with children with special needs. Required knowledge includes developmental milestones in the birth-Five population, and skills include excellent communication and the ability to administer standardized developmental testing.
