Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians will implement results-Oriented approaches based on applied behavior analysis (Aba) to assess client interactions and help build essential skills while documenting progress. Responsibilities include encouraging young learners during structured, one-On-One sessions while incorporating targets from individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have availability to work full-Time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, monday through friday. A bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience working with children with special needs are preferred.
