Physical Therapist - Outpatient

The role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, tailoring education to individual needs within a team setting. Responsibilities also include designing personalized, evidence-Based treatment plans and efficiently managing patient documentation within the emr system.

Candidates must be a graduate of a capte-Accredited physical therapy program and hold current or pending state licensure along with bls certification. Essential qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, a team-Oriented mindset, and the ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily.
