High School to College Pathway Navigator Full-Time (50% Perkins / 50% HACC)

This role provides concierge support to bipoc, low-Income, and marginalized students from partner high schools to build academic pathways to hacc, focusing on removing barriers to dual enrollment and college-In-The-High school programs. The incumbent will collaborate with high school staff to coordinate programming, outreach, and special events related to best-Fit college credit options like soar, chs, de, and ap.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree combined with 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties. A valid driver's license or means of transportation is also required, along with compliance with pa act-15.
