Medical Assistant

The medical assistant will support nurses in planning, coordinating, communicating, and implementing the medical needs of students and staff as directed by the nurse supervisor. Essential functions include assisting with student hygiene and medical care, participating in milieu therapy, and ensuring rules are followed for student safety.

Candidates must possess current emt, cna, or ma certification, along with certifications in cpr, pcs, and first aid, and must pass a criminal background check with a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to perform physical labor, maintain flexibility in varying weather conditions, and model desired behaviors.
