Graveyard Shift

The primary responsibility involves working 7 consecutive nights in the backcountry for 13 hours each night, ensuring the safety and supervision of students. This includes assisting with curriculum work, leading experiential activities, facilitating group discussions, and managing crises.

Candidates must be 19 years of age or older and possess fluency in english, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-Employment health assessment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a college degree is preferred, and wilderness first responder certification is preferred.
