Position Summary

The Student Affairs Operations Work Study Assistant will assist the department by providing administrative support for programs, services, and activities. The student may work with/for other staff in the unit on a project basis as time, skills, and need dictate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Filing
  • Phone outreach to students
  • Event coordination assistance
  • Process documentation assistance
  • Meeting minutes
  • Resume review support
  • Assist with data reports
  • Research requests
  • Special projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Must be a current Franklin student, and have Federal Work Study eligibility
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Able to work independently and follow the direction of the supervisor
