Program Administrator and Academic Advisor, Aliento Program

This role is responsible for the administration of the aliento program, serving as the primary academic advisor for all students, which includes course planning, progress monitoring, and onboarding new students. The administrator also manages program logistics, supports graduate assistants, coordinates practicum requirements, and handles fiscal duties like budget monitoring and vendor payments.

A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field, or a non-Related bachelor's degree plus two years of professional experience, is required. Candidates must possess strong organizational, communication, and attention-To-Detail skills, along with experience working with latinx communities and first-Generation students.
