Recruitment Specialist

The recruitment specialist supports graduate school enrollment by planning and participating in domestic and international in-Person and virtual recruitment events, coordinating information sessions, and developing recruitment materials. This role also manages follow-Up and crm data, analyzes effectiveness, connects prospects to leadership, and promotes applications to the accelerated program.

The minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree, along with the ability to travel domestically and internationally, and the physical capacity to set up and staff recruitment tables for several hours. A graduate degree is preferred.
