Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy techniques to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active pace, engaging children through various activities, and ensuring a clean and safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with the willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly while maintaining consistent attendance.
