Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging children through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space and actively participating in a supportive, mission-Driven team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and be physically capable of sitting, standing, crouching, and moving quickly with young children while lifting up to 30lbs. A commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
