Direct Support Professional (Entry- Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean and safe while staying actively engaged with the children through movement, reading, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to maintain an active pace, frequently getting on and off the floor and lifting up to 30 lbs. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is mandatory.
