Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and collaborating with the team to help children learn through various activities.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on the floor with young children.
