Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping the therapy space clean, organized, and safe while actively engaging with the children through movement, reading, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to maintain an active pace, frequently getting on and off the floor, sitting, standing, crouching, and squatting while lifting up to 30lbs. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
