Classroom Support Staff

The role involves collaborating with school staff to provide coaching and check-Ins for students throughout the day, assisting in developing and implementing academic and clinical interventions. Responsibilities also include providing in-The-Moment skill development, vocational coaching, and modeling trauma-Informed care using the arc philosophy.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a minimum of a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Essential requirements include experience working with adolescents facing complex mental health and learning needs, the ability to interpret information regarding emotionally dysregulated adolescents, and passing background checks.
