Essential Functions

  • Assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division II volleyball program.
  • On-court coaching and skill instruction during practices.
  • Assist with game-day operations and match preparation.
  • Video breakdown and analysis of practice and match film.
  • Recruiting support, including film evaluation and communication.
  • Assist with camps, clinics, and community engagement events.
  • Administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Volleyball as a player and/or coaching experience required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
