Essential Functions
- Assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division II volleyball program.
- On-court coaching and skill instruction during practices.
- Assist with game-day operations and match preparation.
- Video breakdown and analysis of practice and match film.
- Recruiting support, including film evaluation and communication.
- Assist with camps, clinics, and community engagement events.
- Administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Volleyball as a player and/or coaching experience required.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
