Opportunity

Propel Andrew Street High Schools are seeking an Assistant Boys Varsity Volleyball Coach for the 2025-2026 season.

Successful candidates will have

  • Prior Varsity or Junior Varsity coaching experience
  • Preferred candidates will have experience as a head coach or assistant coach, playing experience, as well as the demonstrated ability to support building a successful program starting at the varsity level
  • Responsibility for supporting the head coach and the development of the program
  • Experience supporting the Varsity program with the head coach and athletic director
  • Experience supporting the implementation of off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations.
  • High level of personal organization and planning
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
  • A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel
