Licensed Therapist

The primary responsibility involves providing evidence-Based psychotherapy, mainly individual therapy, to patients with diverse mental health concerns, while maintaining accurate and confidential client records. This role also requires serving as a clinical resource and mentor for students and residents during rotations and assisting with psychology intern supervision as directed.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of full-Time clinical psychotherapy experience. Essential requirements include current and valid licensure in iowa as an lisw, lmhc, or equivalent independent clinical license, and demonstrated experience mentoring students or trainees.
