Autism Day Program Lead (Full-Time)

The lead will support children aged 2-6 with varying functioning levels on the autism spectrum to achieve greater independence and school readiness through individualized care, learning, and play in a 1:3 ratio. Responsibilities include collaborating with therapists to meet developmental goals, maintaining a safe environment, overseeing daily needs like feeding and toileting, and promoting communication and social-Emotional development.

A bachelor's degree in human services or education is preferred, along with experience working with children with special healthcare needs and autism. Candidates must pass extensive background checks, a physical examination, and be able to lift up to 35 lbs while maintaining a calm demeanor in a demanding environment.
