Youth Counselor -2nd Shift-Marion

The role involves performing direct care duties and supervision for juvenile males aged 14 to 17 who struggle with emotional self-Regulation and behavioral issues, including ensuring their welfare and safety. Responsibilities also include conducting discussions, role modeling pro-Social behaviors, engaging in behavioral management, and transporting clients to appointments.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged; a bachelor's degree in a related human services field is preferred but not required. Essential functions include the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, use de-Escalation techniques, and potentially engage in physical restraint.
