Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach provides essential hands-On life-Skills training to prepare clients for independent living while acting as a positive role model and developing therapeutic relationships. Responsibilities include assisting staff in implementing independent living plans, fostering client needs, and ensuring health and safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with three years of relevant experience, and hold a valid new york state driver’s license with adequate auto insurance. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work non-Traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
