Supported Education and Employment Specialist (SEES/IPS - Ontrack)

The specialist is responsible for building collaborative relationships with participants to help them meet education and employment goals, while also partnering with families to navigate support systems. Key duties include providing individualized job development using the ips approach and conducting regular employer outreach to create tailored opportunities.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, along with a valid nys driver's license. Experience working with adolescents or young adults experiencing serious mental illness and a background in community-Based mental health services are preferred.
