Senior Staff Development Specialist

The staff development coordinator will assist in coordinating all in-Service and orientation training for staff, working closely with supervisory staff on training needs. Key duties include coordinating new staff orientation, tracking required employee training, evaluating development materials, and providing on-The-Job coaching to direct support staff.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with two years of experience in quality assurance or staff development and three years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Certification as an instructor in cpr and/Or behavioral support training is also required.
