Behavior Specialist

The behavior specialist will lead assessments, design and implement personalized behavior support plans, and coach caregivers using behavior-Analytic strategies in homes, centers, and community settings. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress through data analysis, regular visits, and modifying goals as needed while championing client safety.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field, along with one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Required qualifications include current cpr and first aid certification and a valid state driver's license.
