Habilitative Specialist/Case Manager

The specialist will coordinate services, ensuring compliance, and developing new programs to help individuals learn and meet personal goals. Key duties include training staff in behavior modification techniques and maintaining necessary records.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related human services field, or have five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. A minimum of one year of direct experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is mandatory.
