Responsibilities include modeling and coordinating behavioral services, training caregivers on positive strategies, and monitoring progress through data collection and regular visits.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology or a related field, and preferably be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba). A valid driver's license is required, and candidates should have about two years of experience developing support plans, though bcba/Bcaba students needing supervision hours are also considered.
