Student Success and Career Coach

This role supports students' academic progression and career readiness through integrated, developmental, and relationship-Based coaching, providing individualized and group support to help students achieve their academic and professional goals. Responsibilities include academic success coaching, career guidance, facilitating skill-Building sessions, and connecting students to experiential learning opportunities.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of professional experience in academic advising, career services, or student success coaching within higher education. Candidates must demonstrate experience with developmental and intrusive advising models and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
