Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary therapy teams.
• Monitor client progress and update behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Complete documentation in compliance with ethical and billing standards.
• Offer caregiver training and education to support skill generalization at home.
