Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatrics: Ages 2-10

The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, developing personalized plans of care, and supervising registered behavior technicians in their daily practice. Responsibilities also include collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring accurate and ethical documentation.

Candidates must hold an active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and possess strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills. Pediatric or outpatient aba experience is preferred, along with a collaborative spirit and a passion for helping children thrive.
