The registered behavior technician will facilitate new skill acquisition using applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques and redirect undesired behaviors using evidence-Based interventions. Responsibilities also include daily collaboration with the bcba and lead therapist to implement care plans and complete timely, ethical session documentation.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification, and while 1–2 years of pediatric experience is preferred, new rbts are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
