Our updated clinic, located just south of I-80 on Kennedy, is built to support kids across the autism spectrum—and we need 5 passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help us stay strong with our new BCBA! Therapist-led. Child-focused. Heart-first. What You’ll Do:
• Facilitate new skill acquisition through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Redirect undesired behaviors with evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate daily with your BCBA and lead therapist to implement effective care plans
• Complete daily session documentation in a timely and ethical manner
• Execute individualized programming as outlined by your supervising BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (but new RBTs are welcome to apply!)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
