Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will facilitate new skill acquisition and redirect undesired behaviors using applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques. Responsibilities also include daily collaboration with the bcba and lead therapist to implement care plans and complete session documentation ethically.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification via the bacb registry, or be ready to complete credentialing through the employer. Preferred qualifications include 1–2 years of pediatric experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with children.
