School Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will deliver applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in a school setting under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), focusing on helping students acquire new skills and reduce undesired behaviors. This role requires daily collaboration with educational teams and meticulous maintenance of session notes and documentation.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, and while 1-2 years of experience in pediatric settings is preferred, newly certified rbts are encouraged to apply. A strong passion for working with children with developmental needs in educational environments is essential.
