Student Services Instructional Coach

The instructional coach is responsible for building teacher capacity in instructional practices aligned with state standards, focusing on supporting multilingual learners and students with special education needs through modeling, co-Planning, and feedback. They collaborate with leadership to ensure high-Quality instruction by leveraging various coaching strategies and supporting data-Driven instructional decisions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and require an sei endorsement along with significant experience implementing sei strategies. A minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in an urban or charter school setting with a proven track record in closing achievement gaps, is necessary.
