Core responsibilities
The employment instructor will support the supported employment program by contacting and meeting with local employers to establish relationships and develop employment proposals. Responsibilities also include fostering supportive relationships with participants and assisting in the development of job readiness and interviewing skills.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a minimum of one year of paid experience working with young adults, and knowledge of community resources. Strong communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance are mandatory.
