Physical Therapist - OP/IP - FT DAYS

The physical therapist will carry out individualized physical therapy programs, including assessment, treatment, planning, and education, to maximize patient progress toward functional goals while providing direct patient care using evidence-Based techniques. Responsibilities also include clear and timely documentation, appropriate supervision of assistants, and continuous monitoring and adjustment of the plan of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Candidates must possess current oregon licensure as a physical therapist or eligibility, and pelvic floor therapists require at least level 1 training from a recognized institution. Essential requirements include physical agility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, strong executive function skills for planning and multitasking, and effective communication abilities.
