The Intensive Program Clinician, provides direct intensive community treatment services for individuals in the REACH program diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.

***$5,000 Sign on Bonus***

Starting Salary

$51,720.75-Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited university with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services related field is required.
  • State of Virginia Professional Licensure eligibility is required.
  • At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, preferred.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
