As a behavior technician, you will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at the learning center by following bcba-Developed treatment plans. You will also be responsible for accurately recording progress in the data collection system, managing breaks, and maintaining professional relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent monday through friday availability, though part-Time shifts are offered. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with rbt/Cbt certification preferred or obtainable within 60 days of employment.
