Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the central reach data collection system and maintaining professional relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent availability monday through friday, and must obtain rbt/Cbt certification within 60 days if not already certified. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for backgrounds in child care, teaching, or counseling.
