Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system and assisting with client care needs like breaks and diaper changing.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent availability monday through friday, and must obtain rbt/Cbt certification within 60 days if not already certified. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and physical abilities like frequent bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and running are necessary.
