26-27 K-12 Elementary School Special Education Teachers

The elementary school special education teacher plans, prepares, and delivers instructional lessons in a special education learning support environment to encourage student academic potential, conducting both push-In and pull-Out services across core subjects.

Candidates must possess a b.a./B.s. Degree, 2-3 years of special education classroom experience (Preferably in urban education), and hold a valid and active pennsylvania instructional certificate, along with required background clearances.
