Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include collecting progress data and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

Candidates must be passionate individuals who love working with children and are willing to adhere to all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards. No direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided, though pay rates differ before rbt certification.
