Chess Instructor | Spring

The instructor will lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students using a structured curriculum to teach fundamentals and promote good sportsmanship. This involves managing the classroom confidently, encouraging critical thinking, and adhering to all school safety protocols during arrival, dismissal, and class time.

Candidates must have prior experience working with groups of children, be comfortable leading sessions independently, and possess a strong grasp of chess fundamentals to explain concepts clearly to young students. Reliability, professional demeanor, and availability on weekday afternoons (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm window) are essential, along with reliable personal transportation.
