Program Aide

Program aides provide educational, relational, and social experiences for young children to promote growth across all developmental domains, while also assisting staff with classroom management and general operational duties. This role requires ensuring child safety and security, adhering to organizational values, and actively participating in child abuse prevention efforts.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum high school diploma or ged, and must obtain pediatric first aid and cpr certification within 90 days. Required qualifications include demonstrated knowledge of working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, professional english proficiency, and the ability to relate sensitively to children and communicate effectively with staff and families.
