Talent Development Specialist (800017)

This role involves managing a caseload of participants by providing counseling, mentoring, and conducting regular meetings to support job search, education, retention, and readiness goals. The specialist is responsible for assessing participant needs, developing employment plans, tracking progress toward self-Sufficiency, and maintaining accurate participant files.

Candidates must possess at least an associate degree or equivalent work experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication and demonstrated customer service skills. Preferred qualifications include one to three years of experience in workforce development or related programs and familiarity with local community needs and resources.
