Registered Behavior Technician

Rbts provide direct support to children and families by implementing individualized aba programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior improvement, utilizing evidence-Based behavioral interventions to teach new skills and reduce safety-Impacting behaviors. Key roles involve helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, active rbt certification, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance, and a current negative tb test. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also essential.
