Teacher Early Head Start

The teacher develops and implements individualized and group educational plans for infants and toddlers to promote social-Emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, working collaboratively with a co-Teacher to manage daily classroom operations and ensure legal compliance. Key duties include guiding child activities, maintaining a safe learning environment, planning conferences and home visits with parents, and documenting child observations and assessments.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field with equivalent coursework, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children and professional english proficiency. The role requires demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to child safety protocols, including obtaining required certifications.
